How It Works
1) Place your order — select your options
2) Send your design — email your design to cs@tcgplaimats.com and include the order number
3) Receive a proof — We’ll send a preview mock-up; confirm before printing
4) Production & shipping — we print, roll, and safely ship your mat
Note: All custom items are final sale once printed (unless there’s a defect).

• Resolution: 300 dpi at full size
- 3661px x 2185px / 620mm x 370mm / 24 inches x 14 inches
- 4843px x 2480px / 820mm x 420mm / 32 inches x 16 inches
• Bleed: Add 0.80 inch / 245 px / 32 mm bleed on all sides; keep key text/logos 0.42 inch / 126 px / 10.7 mm inside the safe area
• Formats: PNG or TIFF preferred; JPG and PDF accepted
• Color: sRGB recommended; minor color shift may occur in print

✈️ For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: Delivery may take 15–30 business days, and tracking updates can be limited due to military mail protocols.

Care instructions: Use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad. It's not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots use a soft-bristled brush.
