SHIPPING FEES

Shipping Fees vary depending on shipping country. We ship to the USA and UK for free on all playmats. For more information, please refer to our Shipping FAQs.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For small domestic (US) orders, your package will be shipped via USPS.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL FEES

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees and should be paid to the appropriate customs agency.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will not be held responsible if the customer put the wrong shipping address. A new order, at the customer's expense, would need to be placed to replace the original item.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to tcgplaimats@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will replace the item and ship it for free.
