How do I clean my playmat or desk mat?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday use. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cold water with a soft brush, rinse thoroughly, and lay flat to air dry. We don't recommend machine washing or drying — heat and agitation can wear down the print and backing over time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each mat is made to order, so please allow 3 business days for printing before it ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and PO boxes are all supported too — just may take a bit longer to arrive.
What's the difference between Black Border and Edge-to-Edge?
Black Border mats have a black fabric edge framing the design. Edge-to-Edge mats print the artwork all the way to the edge with no border. Same quality and materials either way — it's purely a style choice.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — our Black Border playmats ship worldwide, with Desk Mats joining soon. Borderless mats are currently US-only. Check the shipping options at checkout to confirm delivery to your location.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Reach out within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I request a custom design?
We're not taking custom design orders right now, but feel free to message us with a suggestion — we can't guarantee it'll happen, but we're always open to ideas!
